**Position Overview**:
The role sits within our Public Sector Division and supports one of our key accounts within the company. This is a fast paced but dynamic account that covers a range of live, digital and creative event solutions in the Recruit and Attract space for a veryprestigious client.

The Account Executive (AE) will report to the Account Manager (AM) and will work closely with the Client Account team and Project Delivery team, as well as wider client teams, as required.

As advanced users of Excel, they will support the AM with the day-to-day management and development of the event schedule and other reports as required.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Requires high level of standards and detail across completion and sharing of data and information to the client and internal team, accurately, efficiently and on time
- Effective management of tasks to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Cross-check information from a variety of sources to maintain accuracy
- Read, understand, and act upon pre-defined event regulations
- Provide regular and clear updates to AM and Account Director
- Update the client’s event schedule as per the defined client booking process and working in conjunction with the production project coordinator
- Adhere to a robust change control process to ensure events to be added or removed are approved by the client
- Support the AM with event bookings and negotiation of rates, forward planning needs and input into the planning strategy
- Present relevant information to installation teams or client teams for each event
- Collaborate with the AM to identify efficiencies, avoiding duplication of effort and potential for errors
- Purchase event space, goods and services in-line with company procedures
- Contribute to project reviews and identifying lessons learned and sharing feedback
- Keep a clear and auditable written record of all key decisions throughout a project’s lifecycle, which complies with ISO 9001 requirements
- Support including venue research and new venue investigation across the current booking platform for recruitment shows
- Support in preparation of meeting documentation
- Booking team travel & accommodation and diary management
- Create and circulate meeting notes
- Ad hoc attendance of key client and Identity events for research and development purposes

- Excellent coordination and organisation skills
- Advanced Excel skills enabling the efficient management of data and information from a variety of sources
- Professional approach to data and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail enabling a rigorous review of documentation and data, and a willingness to maintain high standards
- Commitment to delivering an event on time, to budget, to a high-quality standard.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a customer focused manner
- Self-prioritise workload according to the business needs
- Understanding of UK geography
- Full UK Driving Licence
