**Responsibilities**:

- Answering Internal and External Calls
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, production, and despatch.
- Assist with sales inquiries, order processing, and customer inquiries to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, service department and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and delivery times are met.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using our bespoke software.
- Generate reports for production, delivery, and sales.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and coordinating shipments.
- Maintain documents and records in compliance with BSI 9001 standards, ensuring adherence to quality management processes and procedures.
- General Office Administration

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales administration, operations support, or similar roles.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,) and CRM software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of BSI 9001 standards preferred.
