Senior Practitioner

**An exciting opportunity has arisen within North Lanarkshire to be part of a team working in partnership with Action For Children, Home-Start and Impact Arts to provide a universal whole family support service across North Lanarkshire.**

We are looking for experienced practitioners to carry out an outreach Support Role, across North Lanarkshire area, based in or around community hubs. The aim of the service is to enable families to access help at the earliest possible time, ensuring a no wrong door approach.

Referrals may be received from anywhere in North Lanarkshire including self-referrals and referrals from family members. In order to break down barriers to receiving support, the service will operate 7 days a week with an evening provision on offer.

You should be a highly motivated, enthusiastic, committed, and experienced worker, able to use your own initiative and with the skills to hit the ground running. You will understand the issues impacting children and families and experience of supporting individuals through these issues. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills and experience.
