**The role**
As a Roster Clerk, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be assisting the Resources Manager in the cost-effective allocation of Production Staff.

Day to day, you will assist in the production of employee rosters in liaison with the relevant Depot Managers in order to meet the resource levels and skills required by the workload as directed in the Planning Meetings. Working in a busy office environment within a team of four.
- Working under pressure
- Computer literate
- Can work unsupervised
- Railway experience would help
- Good organisational skills

This role is based on site at Cadder Yard.

**Essential experience of the Roster Clerk**:

- Procurement or rostering experience, this is not essential as training will be provided
- Railway industry background preferable but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Can work well under pressure
