Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for the helpdesk and assist with customer inquiries and requests.
- Raise and manage job requests efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is accurately documented.
- Monitor and check the status of job requests, updating stakeholders as necessary.
- Coordinate and communicate with engineers and service personnel to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate and work alongside other team members and personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Provide general administrative support to staff members

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Preferred background in **facilities management**:

- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and a positive attitude

**Salary**: £27,495.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Earls Court: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 3 years (required)
- Facilities maintenance: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
