If you have some experience of working with back-office databases, Microsoft Office and handling calls that would be a great start You don't need to have financial services experience as we can get you up to speed with that. The core skills required are attention to detail and following process, but we are looking for someone who also likes to work in a team and is happy to keep learning and improving. **The role in brief**:
**Weekly Working Hours**:
Full-Time - 35 hours per week; Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

**Qualifications/Experience Required**:

- 4 GCSE passes (A-C) including English Language and Maths
- Over 1 year relevant experience in an administrative role

**Skills Required**:

- Good understanding of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen to learn and enthusiastic
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload accordingly
