Flt Coordinator

We are looking to recruit an experienced FLT Driver with warehouse experience to join a leading and well established flexible packaging company in Normanton.

**Hours of work**: Three week rotating shift system. Day shift 6.00am - 6.15pm, Night Shift 6.00pm - 6.15am Monday - Friday on average 40.833 hours per week

**Main purpose**:To ensure manufacturing is supplied with all items of Raw material or W.I.P, in time and to the correct location or machine and to move materials around the site as required. Ensure all associated information and documentation for all materials movements is completed as required. Ensure accurate and timely handling of goods/materials into and from site at all times.

**Main Duties**:
To understand the business operations requirements through liaison with the Operations Team and the production plan
- Receive handover information from previous shift to be able to continue production requirements.
- Pass on relevant information and documentation to the logistics team & liaise with colleagues
- Keep warehouse within BRC specification
- Keep abreast of the Production Plan in order to satisfy customer requirements
- Operate the Fork Lift Truck
- Coordinate and administer the Goods In-Out area in an effective and efficient manner
- Responsible for the training of new FLT drivers to the department
- In date counterbalance licence
- Be well organised and able to plan with good attention to detail
- Team player with an enthusiastic approach
- Willing and flexible to suit the needs to the business
- Good understanding of health & Safety, environment and quality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,095.00 per year
