Carpenter (Repairs)

Paragon Resource Solutions are currently working in partnership with a large Norfolk and Suffolk based housing association who are recruiting for a full-time Carpenter on their repairs and maintenance programme covering Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding areas.
Salary - £32,021 per annum
Key objectives of role:
You will carry out works such as, but not restricted to, installation and repair works to doors and windows, their associated furniture and also flooring, tiling and basic painting and decorating.
- To assess and carry out accurate planned repairs efficiently and effectively.
- To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a
high standard of workmanship.
- To manage customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner coordinating
with the scheduling teams.
This is a mobile engineer role covering housing association properties in the Bury St Edmunds and surrounding areas.
Please note you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work. A company vehicle will be provided.
