**Our Solihull Shack are looking for a customer focused Team Leader to wow our customers**:
**Some of what the job involves**:

- To have a passion for the Loaf brand and product
- Welcoming all shack visitors
- Knowing our products and understanding the workmanship behind them
- Consistently provide helpful and informed service
- Aid customers with their selections and provide honest opinions and styling advice when required.
- Process cash and card transactions
- Assist customers with processing orders online.
- Assuming responsibilities of the Shack Manager in their absence
- Ensure tiptop product knowledge and understanding of our brand at all times.
- Consistently provide helpful and informed service with confidence and clarity
- Process orders on our systems, providing delivery, 'will it fit' and lead time advice.
- Recommending "up-sell" products
- Maintaining the Loaf brand in the Shack to the highest standard by following the Shack Retail Guidelines

**What we'd like you to bring to the table**:

- Proven retail experience within a customer facing role
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and listening skills
- The ability to work independently and show initiative
- The ability to take responsibility and be accountable for your actions
- Confidence and common sense
- Excellent motivation and people management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence and common sense
- A great team player with the ability to promote and help build a positive work environment
- Flexibility and availability to work at other showroom locations during our Monday to Sunday opening hours
