- We have a vacancy for an experienced, proficient, and reliable person to join our team of ICT Support Officers based in Halifax.- The main duties of the role are to provide ICT Infrastructure, hardware, and software support. Delivery of ICT Support services to all services throughout Calderdale Council, supported partners and schools.**Key**
**responsibilities will include**:

- M365 and Microsoft Azure management
- Windows Server upgrades and maintenance
- Provide a fault determination and fixing service
- Leading on Projects and areas of service delivery
- Liaising with customers and 3rd party suppliers
- Installation and configuration of software and hardware
- Working to meet deadlines as defined by our SLA agreements
- Knowledge of implementation and maintenance of Windows SQL server
