**Requirements**:
Work with a range of partners to ensure we can demonstrate how the views of people with lived experience shape the work of the HSCP. Work in a range of Strategy and Policy areas, as areas of priority are identified. Main areas of responsibility: Lead on the co-production of Health and Social Care Partnership integrated strategies, working in partnership with individuals and communities in localities, groups which represent communities of interest and geography and a range of staff who are involved in providing services. Promote and embed strategies across the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), Work with colleagues across the HSCP to produce a Joint Strategic Needs Assessment which will inform the priority areas of action within the Strategic Commissioning Plan, Work with a range of local authority partners who are also involved in planning which influences people’s lives and independence e.g. transport and housing. Work with a range of HSCP partners who deliver health and social care services in order to develop knowledge of services and also opportunities for using insights from people to influence service improvements, Develop and implement methods of monitoring the progress and effectiveness of the strategy in practice, including resident feedback and existing quality assurance and reporting processes. Support the Head of Service / Strategic Leads for each Strategy Group, ensuring agreed actions are delivered. Develop a good / detailed understanding of the range of individuals and communities and their experiences related to health and social care, across Perth and Kinross. Support the delivery of co-production activity including workshops / advisory groups with people with lived experience, Lead outreach and community engagement activities to increase representation across all areas of the HSCP, Use the information gathered to communicate insights and write reports and verbal updates, representing the views of individuals to stakeholders. Provide regular updates on the Strategy development across governance structures such as Extended Management Team / Integrated Management Team / Strategic Planning Group / Integrated Joint Board Support and advise staff to ensure residents are involved in the development and / or delivery of other key strategies that aim to deliver health and social care outcomes. Develop guidance for staff to ensure all required policies and procedures related to co-production are developed and embedded. Support and train staff to identify opportunities where resident engagement, feedback or coproduction would be useful when delivering service improvement, transformation or commissioning, and what methods to use. Work across a range of projects to support service improvement initiatives and to embed resident views and feedback. Keep abreast of current and upcoming priorities, and identify opportunities to work with a range of partners on engagement and co-production activities. Line management responsibility within Community Engagement.

**Responsibilities**:
You will have a relevant degree or social work/social care/ health qualification at degree level, Experience working in adult social care, health services or third sector care and support. Experience of delivering either adult social care and support policy or health services policy and strategic improvement initiatives. Experience of initiating, developing and implementing projects and being accountable for project delivery within defined deadlines. A track record of successful project / programme management aimed at delivery of effective commissioning arrangements, service improvement programmes and / or strategies. Experience of leading service user engagement and co-production programmes. Experience in developing, writing and embedding strategies. Experience of initiating and working within partnership arrangements with multiple and varied stakeholders. Knowledge and understanding of relevant health and social care strategic policy, legislation and guidance, and their impact on adult social care services, Knowledge of current tools and best practice in project management, resident engagement and co-production, commissioning and delivery, An understanding of the diverse range of communities and their needs across Perth and Kinross, Have a high level of knowledge and understanding of health equality, social inclusion and sustainability. Proven ability to work as part of a team and also to be self - directed, Ideally, experience of managing staff. You must have a valid UK driving licence as this post requires you to travel to a variety of locations across Perth and Kinross.
