**Role Requirements**:

- Conduct comprehensive energy assessments on properties.
- Identify energy-saving opportunities and evaluate their potential impact.
- Collaborate with clients to explain assessment findings and retrofit recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, data, and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with industry standards and regulations related to energy efficiency.
- Assist in the development of energy efficiency strategies and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer clients' questions regarding energy-saving measures.
- Effectively prioritize and ensure that daily targets in terms of survey numbers and quality of work are met.
- Scoring properties accurately.

**Pay Terms**:

- Paid per completed assessment
- Invoices paid on a weekly basis
- Competitive pay per assessment
- Pre
- Scheduled appointments
- Monday to Friday or weekend work available.

**Licence/Certification**:

- Driving Licence & use of own vehicle (required)

**Experience/Requirements**:

- Domestic Energy Assessor: 1 Year (required)
- Retrofit Assessor: 1 Year (required)
- ECO Experience (preferred)
- ECMK Accreditation (preferred)

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £450.00-£550.00 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Surveying: 1 year (required)
