Stapleford Flight Centre are recruiting Commercial Course Co-ordinator to maintain and contribute to the sales and marketing of their Professional Flight Training Courses.

Key Duties:

- To provide a safe, pleasant and welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service.
- To assist where appropriate in the development of the centre's programme through events, trade shows, annual open days and new activities for potential clients.
- Managing student schedule faciliting the scheduling of lessons for students with flying instructors.
- Monitoring and updating accommodation, liaising with facilities team to ensure rooms are prepared for the students and kept to a high standard.
- Advising current and potential students on their training and career path to professional pilot positions.
- Liaising with regulators (Civil Aviation Authority) for student's flight tests and Flight Crew Licence issues.
- Updating course content, prices, brochures and students' testimonials on the company website
- Regularly reviewing and updating the company social media platforms for example, Facebook and Instagram with latest success stories and pass records.
- Collating information for student reports.
- Printing and preparing course materials in a given time frame.

Person Specification:

- Must have good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all types of people at different levels.
- Able to work outside normal hours on occasion to meet prospective clients and attend Open Days/Exhibitions.
- Excellent written English, as well as spoken.
- Experience of Aviation Industry would be ideal, although not necessary.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE AIRFIELD YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE HERE.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £16,939.90-£26,000.00 per year
