- ** Your Role **:The objective of this position is to guarantee the timely and complete delivery and collection of consignments from customer locations, while ensuring that all handling and movement of the consignments is done safely and in compliance with relevant laws, as well as in accordance with company policies and procedures. We are offering an appealing and competitive salary for a 48-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with flexible starting times that can range from as early as 4am. Please note that there may be a need to work night shifts as well. Our role will see you drive a van, rigid, or artic in a safe and compliant manner while strictly adhering to both legal regulations and company policies and procedures.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Operate a van, rigid or artic in a safe and compliant manner adhering to legislation and company policy and procedures.
- Operate to the Distribution Strategy of Safe, Efficient & Miles.
- Operate a van, rigid or artic to deliver and collect product to/from the end customer as required.
- Ensure all vehicles in their area of responsibility are in a safe, clean and presentable condition.
- Scan all consignments on and off your vehicle and provide POD and POC using a hand held terminal
- Comply with civil law and the Highway Code when driving the company’s vehicles on the roads.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Essential to hold a Valid Category B, C+E Driving licence
- Preferable to hold a Valid ADR Training Certificate - Categories 1-9 excluding 7 but with 7x accepted packages
- In date Drivers CPC
- Share enthusiasm for our business and the importance of the role to the end Customer
