Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our dynamic team in Bicester. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0 to 5 years. You will work in collaboration with a supportive team of professionals who are dedicated to creating a safe and stimulating learning environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for children to learn and develop.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote children’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a safe and clean learning environment.
- Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Keep accurate records of children’s progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safeguarding procedures.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable).
- Experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for early childhood development and education.
