As the business continues to expand, we are now seeking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
**Job Description**:
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will work closely with the team to provide expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our firm's corporate department, managing a diverse caseload and establishing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Provide expert and commercial advice to a diverse portfolio of clients on a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate finance, and restructuring.
2 Manage relationships with clients to ensure a high standard of client service is maintained.
3 Work closely with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and seamless legal service is provided to our clients.
4 Assist in business development activities, cultivating strong relationships with potential clients and introducing new business to the firm.
5 Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate law to ensure our advice remains accurate and relevant.
6 Contribute to the growth and success of the firm by demonstrating flexibility, team spirit, and a dedication to quality.
Qualifications:
1 Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in corporate law.
2 Excellent knowledge of corporate law and commercial matters.
3 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
4 Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5 The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
6 Proven track record in business development and a desire to contribute to the growth of the firm.
