**Job Title**:Multi Trade Operative**

**Location**: Leighton Buzzard office location but based on Site in Guildford/Twickenham Areas

You will work on routine and maintenance repairs in both void and occupied properties, meaning your days will be varied and interesting. The works will include Cyclical pre-paint repairs, fencing repairs, small plaster repairs.

You will also have access to training and development ensuring that you are continuously learning and progressing your own career.

**An outline of your responsibilities and experience***
- Experienced Multi Trade to carry out routine maintenance and refurbishment works across residential properties
- Working in both occupied and void properties
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
- Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards

**About You**

Ideally you will possess relative trade background and have extensive experience with the ability to work across multiple trades, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service.
