Change are working with a leading Glasgow City Centre based client to recruit a Fund Accountant to their reporting team. A high profile role within a business which is experiencing a period of growth, the role will cover both BAU and project responsibilitiesand provide essential support to the business. Applicants for the role will be able to demonstrate past fund reporting experience and a confidence working with stakeholders across the business to discuss movements and variances as they are identified in statementproduction. Core duties of the role will include;
- Preparation of fund statements with supporting commentary
- Providing analysis and supplementary information for internal and external party review
- Completion of daily NAV calculations
- Preparation of year end and interim financial statements
- Creation and review of client management information packs
- Collation of information for external returns and reporting
- Handling questions and queries from internal parties in a timely manner
- Involvement in project work
- Strong interpersonal skills

In return the client offers the chance to join the business at an exciting period where they are experiencing growth and change, initially on an interim basis but with the view to securing a longer term role if successful.
