**Job Description**:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with all departments and business leaders to define strategic and tactical needs for technology enabled business processes. Work with SVP Infrastructure and Technology and other technology leaders to develop/enhance the technology roadmap for the organization.
- Understand concepts and technology related to data architecture and analytics including data modeling, reference and master data management and data transformation. Provide guidance on instituting and controls to ensure data quality. Provide recommendations related to data security, retention and archival.
- Define Enterprise Architecture strategies, principles, vision, standards, tools and methodologies.
- Must be able to lead a team of Technical Architects/Leads and guide them to efficiently deploy necessary software assets for the company

**Qualifications**:

- Significant experience with managing environments with significant outsourced vendor supported functions
- At least 7 years software engineering and architecture experience
- Experience in full life cycle of software development projects including business process design, requirements analysis, feasibility studies, software design, programming, testing, deployment, installation, and operational management.
- Significant experience working or leading efforts related to deployment and management of ERP (e.g. Workday, Coupa, SAP) and CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce).
- Thoughtful practitioner of software engineering methodologies, frameworks and tools including structured software engineering methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and RUP
- Experience and commitment to leveraging the use of modelling and documentation approaches including the use of modelling standards like UML and visual modelling tools.
