**Cook**

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cook to join our Kart Racing Circuit. The Cook must be reliable and fully competent in all aspects of kitchen duties.

Main Duties:

- Cooking food from raw materials.
- Prepare, cook and serve meals, using stock as required.
- Control all stock levels.
- Store all food safely. Rotate stock and check ‘use by’ dates regularly.
- Ensure kitchen and all equipment is clean and ready for use at all times.
- Comply with company policies and procedures in relation to infection control and prevention.
- Implement and follow HACCP guidelines on food hygiene and safety procedures.

Essential:

- Minimum of 1 years cooking experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Work weekends

Hours of Work
- P/T 16 Hours
- Weekends only
