School Caretaker

We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic primary school based in Bebington, searching for a dedicated and reliable caretaker to join them until the end of the school year. This role is Monday-Friday, 8-12:30.

This position is essential to the smooth running and maintenance of the school and the successful applicant will be considered for a permanent role in the new school year.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the school is in good repair and safe for students and staff.
- Carry out DIY tasks such as minor repairs and possibly some painting.
- Complete daily and weekly maintenance checklists to ensure all areas of the school are functioning properly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven DIY skills and experience with general maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.

Pay: £60.00-£80.00 per day
