Lecturer a

Bolton College is looking to appoint a highly motivated Lecturer to work as a member of a successful and dynamic Catering team.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Relevant Level 3 qualification in Catering and Hospitality
- Level 3 Advanced Food Hygiene (or willingness to work towards)
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent)
- Level 2 Maths and English qualifications
- Evidence of professional updating and development
- Current or recent experience in the Cake Decoration/Sugar Flower industry

**Day-to-day you will have responsibility**:

- To deliver high quality and inclusive teaching and learning on one or more courses.
- To support the curriculum management on curriculum and course development.
- To take part and comply with all quality assurance procedures and systems within the area of responsibility.
- Develop resources, support teaching programmes and deliver on a number of courses as required.
- To support the achievement of annual targets for learner numbers, income, expenditure and success rates.
- Comply with all College policies and procedures and maintain personal compliance.
