**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Unleash your expertise in product development and optimization by leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating across one of the world’s most innovative financial organizations.

As a Senior Product Associate in Corporate and Investment banking for Research Technology function, you will contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

**Job responsibilities**
- Deliver effective software solutions for the CIB Research organization
- Work within an agile team and collaborate effectively with others
- Negotiate with other Product Owners, Product Managers and Stakeholders to define timelines for delivery
- Work closely with senior business stakeholders to define product strategy
- Define requirements and work within the engineering team to plan and estimate
- Be accountable for the delivery and quality of technology solutions
- Foster team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Minimum of 3+ years as a Product Owner
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentations skills targeting various stakeholders and senior management
- Experience coaching teams through agile practices and new ways of working
- Proven experience and understanding of the software delivery life cycle
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- A driving mindset and positive attitude in the face of many challenging deliveries
- Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups
- Ability to develop strong partnerships across lines of business to achieve goals
- Proven ability to achieve quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment requiring flexibility / adaptability to changeable directives

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Recognized Agile or Scrum certifications
- Experience with content creation and management systems
- An understanding of Investment Banking Research General understanding of technology and engineering processes
