**Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities**
- Providing service management such as incident resolution, change implementation (new functionalities) & maintenance activities
- System Administration of Microsoft M365 services, including M365 Apps, Intune, SharePoint online and/or on-premises, MS Teams, MS Exchange hybrid, and monitoring
- Server commissioning and decommissioning
- Workstation commissioning
- Support up to third line
- Systems administration of Windows servers
- Network monitoring and administration
- SharePoint 2016 administration and maintenance
- Wireless Networks administration, configuration new devices and updates
- Microsoft Power Platform administration
As a Senior IT Engineer you should be used to:
- Working in customer environments in a matrix managed team
- Being able to work independently as well as part of a team
**Person Specification**
Education and Qualifications
- Degree or Higher Education qualification is desirable
- Industry certifications will be beneficial
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- At least 10+ years in an IT related role
- VMWare
- Linux & Windows
- Active Directory
- WSUS
- Remote desktop services
- Microsoft Power Platform administration
- Firewall administration
**Where you'll work**
Alongside hybrid and flexible working options, you’ll find our Romsey site located within beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the picturesque New Forest District and not far from a superb stretch of the south coast.
