**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers.
- Maintain a clean and orderly bar area.
- Greet customers and take their orders.
- Check identification of customers to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
- Serve food items to customers.
- Collect payment from customers and provide change as necessary.
- Answer customer questions about menu items and drinks.
- Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Keep a well stocked bar, replenishing where necessary
- Ensure tables are cleared efficiently
- Ensure glassware is collected and washed

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £23,813.00-£24,893.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ormskirk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
