This is a part-time role, and the working hours are to be agreed (Maximum 20 hours a week.).

**About the role**

**Core Duties**
- Creating and maintaining employee records
- Updating internal employee databases
- Creating and amending HR documents, including employment contracts
- Collecting, analysing, and reporting HR metrics
- Supporting directors and managers to perform their daily responsibilities.
- Working closely with key stakeholders, including IT, facilities, and finance
- Maintain Data privacy and GDPR documentation and policies.
- Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
- Organising meetings (Coordinate, attend and take minutes in meetings), scheduling appointments, and overseeing catering during company events.
- Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow, assessing staff, and providing feedback to improve internal performance.
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information.
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
- Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees, and company events.
- Manage company’s vehicles and complete administrative duties (including booking in MOT’s, servicing, and repair works)

- Good IT skills.
- Knowledge of HR web-based tools.
- Knowledge of Sage 50 (Not essential)
- Experience using Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
- Previous exposure to an office environment
- Awareness of Data Privacy and GDPR

Drive to develop and progress.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10,920.00-£13,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cinderford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (required)
