Purchase ledger clerk job for a construction company in Manchester city centre paying £25k.
**Your new company**
Due to market success, this construction company are looking for a purchase ledger clerk to join there ever-growing purchase ledger function. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills in a team which is constantly expanding and training theiremployees.
**Your new role**
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:.
- Issuing Purchase Orders,
- Invoice logging,
- Matching purchase orders to invoices,
- Coding invoices,
- We use Propman and Sage, invoices to be processed,
- We have numerous excel spreadsheets to be updated and filled in.
- Most of our sites have utility bills to process,
- If working on C.I.S company there will be HMRC returns to do and tickets to send to suppliers.
- Get Approval for all invoices from Asset Managers Write cheques
- Post payments on to system, print remittances
- Fill in the bank rec's for each company,
- Cheques
