FJA are partnering with a National Service provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator on a Temp to Perm basis. The role will be based in their offices in the Taunton area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator who is looking to expand their Finance experience.
The role is full time working Monday to Friday with Hybrid Working.
Your role as an Administrator will include:

- Raise order numbers for parts/fluids/consumables requests
- Process supplier invoices & batch
- Manage work in progress and escalate as necessary
- Invoicing to all 3rd Party & Internal clients
- Scan inspection/service sheets to clients and onto Key 2 vehicle database
- Raising job cards
- Processing workshop timesheets
- Build effective relationships with workshop staff, operational teams and external clients
- Compliance with Operator Licence Undertakings
- Compliance with DVSA guide to maintaining roadworthiness
- Compliance with Company Policies and any other accreditation requirements
- Compliance with Key2 data recording and accuracy for vehicles and related works
- Educational certificates equivalent to or higher than grade C in English & Maths
- Be fully conversant with Microsoft office
- Working knowledge of JAMMA Key2 fleet management programme and R2C authorisation system (desirable but not essential)
- Experience of working in client led organisation (desirable)
- Purchase ledger/sales ledger experience (desirable)
- Experienced in solving client queries (desirable)
