Trainee Estate Planner

**Job Summary**

Dunham McCarthy Ltd have recently moved to a state of the art headquarters in Stafford. We offer advice on all aspects of estate planning including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts.

Pay is £25,000 upon completion of probation which is usually 6 months but depends on the person. The starting pay is £22,500. Once fully trained commission can also be earned with around another £5,000 - £10,000 OTE

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Once trained your job will include:

- Mainly dealing with clients on the phone and via teams with some appointments taking place in clients' homes and taking instructions and offering relevant advice.
- Clearly and concisely explaining complex legal issues to clients surrounding estate planning.

We are looking for a person who can demonstrate an understanding of the importance of their role as an advisor of legal issues. In particular:

- Have strong experience dealing face to face with clients
- Display exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Exhibit excellent time management skills
- Be able to work accurately and have an eye for detail
- Present themselves professionally and show truly excellent client care skills
- Hold a full UK driving licence and own reliable transportation
