Overview:
The Sales Finance Analytics and Reporting Analyst role is a unique opportunity to drive forward Sales Finance capability on data, analytics and reporting. This role will play a pivotal part of our Finance stabilization and transformation journey, and will report into the Sales Finance transformation lead. The role will take responsibility for assessing reporting needs, and designing and implementing appropriate, fit for purpose solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess existing and scope required reporting & analytic needs for Sales Finance through collaboration with key stakeholders. (F&R, Service Delivery, Business Partners, Sales)
- Partner with IT to establish suitable intelligent solutions including Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, Robotic Process Automations, scheduling etc. Investigate whether Cockpit can be leveraged.
- Drive for future proofed and dynamic solutions which pull from source systems direct into tools, e.g. Power BI direct link to S4
- Lead the design and implementation of dashboards with support of Sales Finance key users, UK IT, and Sector system teams.
- Create and maintain inventory of analytic and reporting tools, including dashboards. Design and implement training for existing teams and create QRGs for new starters.

Qualifications:

- Advanced literacy in Microsoft Office
- Experience of Power BI / Power Query
- Intellectually strong - an independent thinker with strong collaboration skills who is willing to challenge existing practices and to drive change;
- Good presentation and communication skills with ability to make decisive recommendations reinforced by clear rationale;
- The ability to liaise confidently and assertively with cross functional stakeholders;
- Ability to prioritise or push-back/trade-off where resources are insufficient;
- Sound project management & financial modelling skills.
