**Repair Technician**

**Our Opportunity**

We are looking for a Repair Technician who can work to strict standard operating procedures and service level agreements in our repair department, ensuring a highly efficient service providing support to the production teams.

**As a Repair Technician ,you will have the following responsibilities**:

- Identify electrical and mechanical device faults using conventional test equipment and software tools, working to standard operation procedures.
- Repair, upgrade and re-work devices to current technical specification while conducting firmware/software tests incorporating standard communication protocols at final inspection
- Conduct sample audits and report findings to Production
- Keep up to date on design changes and new product from NPI and R&D
- Working with Production on achieving customer satisfaction by way of delivering a quality product on time and within cost.

**Essential Skills & Experience required to become one of our Repair Technicians**:

- Electronic and mechanical repairs and soldering experience
- Good communication skills with the ability to work under pressure, to tight timescales and confidently resolve issues
- PC Literate, experience of utilising Microsoft Packages

**Desirable skills**:

- Vocational training as an Electrician, electrical Engineer, Radio/television Technician, or comparable
- Qualification in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
