We are a family run transport company, specialising in home to school transport and special needs travel. We are looking for a full time member of staff to join our team at our head office. Detailed below is a description of what the job entails
Answering the telephone and taking bookings
Entering bookings into dispatch system; monitoring system
Confirming bookings, liaising with drivers
Ensuring that bookings are dispatched on time
An excellent phone manner and good organisational skills
**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
