We have a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Picker & Dispatcher to join our busy Parts Team. If you have a strong interest in motor vehicles and have a team player attitude this may be the role for you

**Main Purpose of Job**:
Accurate and timely dispatch of sold vehicle parts in-line with correct Company Procedures.

**Main Duties**:

- Carry out a final quality check, ensuring all parts are clean, fit for purpose and as described prior to packaging for dispatch.
- Accurately producing distribution labels from purchase orders, and ensuring relevant documents are enclosed before dispatch.
- Monitoring of packaging supply levels and maintenance of packaging equipment, raising the need for supplies replenishment and equipment repairs.
- Assisting with quality checks and administration duties following our parts return processes.
- Keeping the packing desk area clean and tidy at all times to maximise efficiency and maintain health & safety compliance.
- Packaging parts resourcefully and economically following company procedures.
- Liaising with relevant staff and couriers to ensure the above tasks are carried out effectively.
- The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role, and the overall business objectives of the company._

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong time management & reliability is a must for this role; you will be expected to work to deadlines & prioritize your workload effectively.
- The ability to learn new software systems with attention to detail is a must.
- Experience in a similar warehouse/packer role is advantageous, but not essential.

**Salary & Benefits**
- 17,680 - 22,880 (dependent on experience)
- Pay review following successful probationary period (3 months)
