**About The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced **Fire Door Installer** with a core trade in **carpentry** to join our team of talented people. You will generally be covering the **Cornwall** area.
**Purpose of the role**:
- You will provide a high quality **fire door install** and **maintenance **service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio.
- You will be included in our **out of hours** service, ensuring the **safety **of our **customers **at all times.
- You will act as an ambassador for LiveWest.
**Experience/Qualifications**:
- You will have a core trade in **Carpentry** achieved by either a formal qualification, or qualified by extensive experience.
- You will have good general **multi-skilled abilities.**
- You will have a good level of literacy and numeracy.
**This is a full time opportunity although part time (minimum 30 hours per week) or job share may be available.**
To be considered for the role of Fire Door Installer, you will:
- You will have a core trade in **carpentry **achieved by either a formal qualification, or qualified by experience. **If you have excellent Carpentry experience with some knowledge of fire doors then we are happy to work with you to develop your fire door fitting skills.**:
- Have good general **multi-skilled abilities**.
- Have a good level of literacy and numeracy.
- Be highly competent.
- Have a **positive, can do attitude**.
- Have exceptional **customer service** skills with the ability to engage customers and communicate with them effectively and confidently.
- Ideally have experience working in customers properties.
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence (this will be checked with the DVLA).
