Department - Customer Services

Salary - Grade 2 - £23,258 (plus 16% shift allowance). (Pro Rata on 16hours inc Shift allowance - £11,666.71)

Working Hours - 16 hours pw (consideration will be given to job sharing / reduced hours in line with our flexible working policy)

We are the main adviser on sporting matters to the Welsh Government and are responsible for distributing National Lottery funds. **_HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE_**

The Receptionist is a role that will be the front face of Sport Wales National Centre in the heart of Cardiff city centre delivering excellent customer services to all of our customers and visitors. The Centre hosts many of events a year from the Welsh Badminton Open to Internal Gymnastics events alongside operating a public membership scheme and accommodation facilities.

**_WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH_**

Working within the Customer Service team you will also work closely with the Operations, Maintenance and Catering & Housekeeping departments.

**_WHAT YOU'LL NEED_**

We are looking for a Welsh speaking individual who has previous experience in a customer facing role and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will also be a good communicator, well organised and be IT literate with a flexibility towards working hours.
