An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Italian Speaking Accounts Payable Associate to join with an innovative global organization based in Manchester City Centre

As an Italian Speaking Accounts Payable Associate you will report directly to the Group Purchase To Pay Manager and work alongside a team established professionals

Key responsibilities include:

- Validating expense invoices and purchase orders for goods and services.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders to settle invoices.
- Conducting regular ledger reviews and statement reconciliations.
- Researching and resolve any account anomalies.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance to query resolution within specified SLA.
- Work with various businesses to ensure "Supplier" is paid on time.
- Examine and clear unallocated payments.
- Lead enquiries from internal and external teams.
- Investigating and resolving queries
- Resolving internal and external issues related to expense reporting.
- Generating reports to support management in monitoring/decision making.
- Coordinating with other financial functions for month-end closing.
- Engaging and educate on SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assisting Manager as needed with system implementation and/or system and process improvement needs.
- Fulfil ad hoc orders in terms of accounts payable and expense reports as directed by management.
- Collaborating and supporting other functions within Finance as needed to perform assigned/non-ad hoc tasks to support relevant business needs.

Ideally you will have the following experience to be considered for this role:

- Be able to speak fluent Italian
- Proven track record in an Accounts Payable/Procure To Pay function.
- Good time management skills and past record of meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft products.
- Previous experience of using SAP r any other ERP system
