**Associate Director, Revenue Control - London (Hybrid) - £80000 - £100000 The company** A leading insurance business who deliver risk solutions to a global client base seek an Associate Director of Revenue Control to join their growing team. An exciting opportunity in an organisation that is on a huge growth curve.

**The Role**:
As Associate Director of Revenue Control you will join the Revenue control function. The role will have primary responsibility for the Revenue Control process from start to finish, whilst managing a small team of Revenue Controllers. You will ensure timelyposting of revenue on a monthly basis within a strong control environment and support finance transformation projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Revenue Control team, including performance management and development
- Own the month end revenue posting process
- Generate revenue reports for analysis and review
- Record the various business revenue lines to support performance reviews and planning activities
- Improve and standardise balance sheet control processes
- Identify and resolve revenue related issues
- Provide financial expertise for revenue improvements
- Liaising with group auditors and responding to queries during year end and half year audit cycles

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong controls background. Ideally you will have worked in financial services and you will be used to working with large data sets.
