**The Opportunity**

**In this role, you will contribute to building the world's greatest customer services talent by designing and delivering market leading training initiatives and supporting the growth of our operational teams in our biggest market.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Identify training requirements through performance and skills gap analysis.**
- ** Be able to plan, manage and coordinate training projects.**
- ** Work with the leadership team to determine ad hoc training requirements and learning support materials.**
- **Help build and maintain bespoke training programmes to cover new processes and/or policy changes and enhancement of agent soft skills.**
- **Deliver training programmes on an International scale.**
- ** Measure the impact of training initiatives through data analysis and report this back to the service leadership team.**
- ** Identify sign off requirements for training programmes based on content and impact.**
- ** Help maintain and update the Operations training and process Knowledge Base with new and relevant content to encourage continuous learning.**
- ** Growing knowledge in the business with measurable ways to assess learning and new initiatives success.**
- ** Ability to create and update new material as feedback loops back to training requirements in our centres.**
- ** Willing to be flexible to meet business needs.**

**Your Profile & Experience**
- ** At least 1 year of training experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation**
- ** Training certification desired but not essential**
- ** Demonstrate an understanding of the needs of adult learners**
- ** Excellent training delivery ability and focus on customer experience**
- **Strong attention to detail**
- **Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills**
- ** Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)**
- ** Knowledge of e-Learning platforms desired but not essential**

**Just Eat Takeaway offer a hybrid working model this will involve working onsite at Houghton-le-Spring 3 out of 5 days, hours of work are 37.5 hours between 0800-1800 Monday to Friday but we do ask for flexibility for training advisors out of these hours as the business requires**
