**About us**:
We are Fairpark Care, a new health and social care provider, offering a range of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability and other Neurodevelopmental Disorders, including Autism.

We are seeking to recruit talented individuals to the role of Team Leader; people with the right values, skills and behaviours to work in our residential care service for adults with Autism in Wrexham, North Wales.

**About the role**:
Our main priority in recruiting for this role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own.

Previous leadership experience or qualifications are not essential, we are happy to work with you to help you become an excellent leader in role and give you the skills and experiences to have a rewarding career in leading care. Full training and personal development plans will be provided.

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Leading a friendly and supportive team you will help individuals to meet their daily needs and wishes in line with their short
- and long-term needs and aspirations.

General duties include; shift coordination, supervision and support to colleagues, leading on Key Worker group management, care and risk planning, health & safety responsibilities, staff recruitment and retention and audit and governance duties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £13.55 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
