Horton Housing delivers support and training services across Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees and North Yorkshire. We have a wide range of supported accommodation including offices, hostels, and dispersed properties within the community. We are looking for a Property Compliance Lead to join the Property Services team, to over oversee property related regulatory and compliance requirements are maintained across the organisation.
You will report to Head of Property Services and work closely with Horton Directors and other teams across the business. The main objective of the role is to ensure compliance and all relevant legislation and regulatory property requirements are maintained and updated, including internal policies and procedures.
This is a permanent full time position, working 35 hours per week, flexible and agile working is available. Salary is £41,831.25 per annum. We offer great benefits including, 7.6 weeks ‘annual leave’ including statutory holidays and a contributory pension scheme. **You will have the following skills and experience**
- Previous experience and knowledge in health, safety and compliance or facilities management in a property maintenance or a related field
- Ability to develop and review relevant Polices Procedures and guidance and produce clear, well-structured reports to Boards, and management teams to aid effective decision making.
- Relevant building compliance or facilities management qualifications and or experience (e.g. Risk Management Qualifications)
- NEBOSH / IOSH qualification
