**Legionella Risk Assessor**

**Location**: Scotland (Glasgow/Edinburgh)

**Salary**: £25,000 to £33,000 dependent on experience

Formed in 1999 the directors of the company have more than 50 years’ combined experience within the industry. DMA has grown and expanded since its inception and provides consultancy and service to companies across the UK.

**The Legionella Risk Assessor Role**

Reporting to the Account Manager/Supervisor, the Risk Assessor’s role is to carry out technical surveys and compile reports on designated contracts within the water treatment market. We are recruiting in the below areas; however, you may be required to work at various locations within the UK and Scotland.

**Responsibilities as our Legionella Risk Assessor will include**:

- To generate reports and site information
- Assist Account Manager/Supervisor with On Site Supervision of all the following:

- Surveying local authority buildings, housing, schools, leisure centres and NHS Estate
- Sampling, monitoring and various other water treatment tasks.
- Auditing site records, logbook, and monitoring regimes
- Producing schematics of hot and cold-water systems
- Maintain a close customer relationship on all designated contracts.
- Promote the Company’s best interests always.

**Skills and experience you will need as our Legionella Risk Assessor include**:

- Previous relevant industry experience (at least 1 year)
- Conversant with ACoP L8 and other relevant guidelines including HSG274 & SHTM 04-01
- City & Guilds certified or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service, communication & organisational skills
- Full driving licence (essential)
