**Cad Technician - Oxford**

**£18,000 - £24,000 + Benefits**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CAD Technician to join a leading consultancy who due to growth are looking to expand their team. My client has been established for over 15 years and are a multi-disciplinary surveying consultancy.

They are looking for a CAD Technician who has previous experience in this role and can produce 2D CAD drawings and 3D models. On offer is the opportunity to progress within this multidisciplinary surveying consultancy

**Key Duties of a CAD Technician Includes**:

- Producing 2D drawings of floor plans and elevations of buildings/sites
- Working alongside Clients and Surveyors on wide range of sites
- Developing relationships with Clients and Colleagues
- Conducting 3D Modelling

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum 1 years' experience as a CAD Technician
- Any relevant CAD qualifications are desirable
- Previous experience or knowledge of Measured Building Surveys is desirable
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Reading and Writing Skills
- IT Literate
