IFA ADMINISTRATOR
SOUTHPORT
HOURS: 9am - 4:30pm, with 1/2 lunch
Our client are a well-established and very successful Chartered Independent Financial Planning Practice, who are now seeking an articulate and efficient Administrator to join their team in the Southport office. As well as working for a credible business who are highly respected in the market, our Client will fully encourage and support progression should anyone want to move their career forwards.
The main purpose of the role will be to provide full back office support to both Advisers and Paraplanners where you will be responsible for all aspects of Admin support. Responsibilities:
Ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner
Prepare Client Valuations and ensure back office system is updated (Adviser Office)
Prepare review packs
Process new business and follow up until policy issue
Scan and file documents using the document management system (Virtual Cabinet)
Prepare and issue Letters of Authority,
Prepare and issue Service & Pay agreements and monitor for their return
Process client withdrawals and Bed & ISA transfers
Update model portfolio's on various wrap platforms
Complete fund switches on client portfolio's
Salary negotiable, + 12% bonus
Death in Service and Co pension scheme
