A luxury hotel business is looking to hire a systems accountant.

Reporting to the Group FD, this role oversees the systems reporting requirements for the Group. This role has a focus on ensuring the Group financial systems are optimally utilised and process workflows are continuously improved. This role plays a crucialpart in ensuring that the Group Finance and Hotel Finance reporting objectives are executed effectively and efficiently.

Duties include:

- Full ownership of financial systems reporting, including SAGE X3
- Manage and ensure successful integration of new entities/hotels into the Group financial systems.
- Ownership of Group Chart of Accounts; ensuring financial systems are compliant with local legislative requirements and updates in IFRS.
- In collaboration with the Group IT department, manage relationships with system partners.
- Point of contact for financial system queries for all internal users
- Ensure seamless integration of data between SAGE X3 and the Property Management System
- Ownership of financial system mapping to ensure that data is accurately and completely synchronised across all financial systems.
- Deliver projects to ensure financial systems are optimally utilised and best practice is delivered across the Group.
