Are you passionate about Childcare? Want to make a real difference in the industry? This could be the role for you.... we are looking to recruit for a senior position of Head of Childcare. This is an exciting stage for the company and we are looking for an experienced individual to become part of the senior leadership team to help grow with us and develop us into a leading Childcare provider.

The Head of Childcare will be responsible for leading, developing and monitoring the childcare provision across the company. You will be responsible for ensuring quality across all settings, Safeguarding & Compliance and working closely with the Operations Team to ensure continued development of the highest quality service and childcare within OFSTED and group standards.

Your responsibilities will be:

- To ensure the highest quality service is offered throughout all settings, ensuring Safeguarding & Compliance standards are managed
- To work with Directors, Operations Team, managers and staff to ensure consistently high quality provision of care within Nurseries
- To be proactive in the early diagnosis of potential quality issues ensuring strategies for improvement are implemented rapidly and that their impact is reported
- Assist and support all nurseries in the delivery of high quality care to ensure they are fully prepared for OFSTED inspections and to exceed and improve OFSTED outcomes
- To ensure the group works in partnership with professionals across all services and engages positively with Local authorities.
- Early Years degree or relevant childcare qualification
- Experience of supporting Early Years setting in achieving high quality care provision
- Experience and understanding of OFSTED inspections
- Knowledge and understanding of quality improvement processes
- Knowledge and understanding of excellent practice in safeguarding and child protection
- Experience of relevant regulatory and inspection frameworks, accreditation and validation processes
- A commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
- Strong commitment to Safeguarding young children
- Experience of managing teams within a similar setting

**Salary**: From £45,000.00 per year
