As part of our Global Procurement team you'll play a pivotal role in not only contributing to performance but also building and protecting Diageo's reputation across our supply base. This involves delivering outstanding end-to-end value across our supply chain through our commercial leadership, offering innovative supplier solutions, and driving our sustainability agenda across our partners and suppliers.

About this role
- Support in building a Procurement function that is digitally driven. Collaborate with D&T, GBO, internal
- and external stakeholders and Procurement to support the creation of the digital Procurement strategy.
- Support keeping our technology solutions architecture updated and according to best practices to support business needs of Procurement.
- Support activities to ensure best in class user experience with fit for purpose technologies design.
- Understand systems adoption, identify insights and support creating improvement plans.
- Support the identification of areas for continuous improvement, enhancements and fixes in procurement processes providing possible Digital solutions.
- Represent Procurement as functional expert/PM to improve and roll out digital projects, bringing the expertise on Procurement processes and solutions, contributing to the right deliverables.
- Collaborate with D&T, GBO, internal and external stakeholders and Procurement on best usage of technologies where we have made big investments: TPRM, CLM, Coupa, Sievo and others.
- Support benchmarking Diageo’s Procurement technologies with the best of offer in the industry and run proof of concepts where appropriate. Take advantages of the best and newest technologies to support the digitization of the Procurement function.
- Support bringing to Diageo external thinking from other organizations to benchmark against best practices.
- Support Data & Technology solutions for Supplier Diversity and Supplier Partnership, working in collaboration with the specialists in these areas.

About you
- To be successful in role you will have Data & Technology experience or Procurement experience
- Ability to work in an agile, fast moving environment and ability to keep up with pace of change and prioritize according to business needs
- Strong communication and influencing skills and personal impact to gain credibility quickly with senior stakeholders.
- Proven capability and ability to execute the strategy in a pragmatic way
- Objectively challenges established practice to stimulate alternative thinking
- Strong project, navigation, and programme management skills
