We are looking for a **Sessional Tutor - English Language Academic Skills** to join our team.

As a Sessional Tutor at the University of Brighton International College (UBIC), you will join our successful team and prepare and deliver modules in English language Academic skills providing stimulating, effective teaching to international students preparing to study on undergraduate and/or postgraduate programmes offered by the college.

This is an excellent opportunity for an English Tutor/Teacher, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

**What you’ll bring to the role**- previous teaching experience in one of the relevant areas of expertise or a related area within a UK higher education context
- ability to develop and update teaching material and preferably experience of working within a Virtual Learning Environment
- strong record-keeping skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- flexibility and willingness to work under pressure to deadlines
- enthusiasm and motivation to be a performance-driven team player.

Also desirable would be a Certificate of Teaching in Higher Education, or currently undertaking a relevant course to obtain such a certificate
