**Senior Rates Trading PM/BA (E-trading & Fixed Income background highly desirable) - Permanent - London - Competitive Salary**

Alexander Ash are currently working with a global financial organisation who are looking for a Senior Rates Trading PM/BA to join their multi-disciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with exceptional front office knowledge,particularly coming from a fixed income / e-trading background.

The role sits within markets pre-trade and the business is rapidly expanding its algorithmic and electronic trading capacity, and technology delivery efficiency is key to success. The Markets Pre-Trade Technology division is responsible for all electronicpricing and trading capability across Equities, FX, Rates, Credit, and Securitized Products.

The Rates Trading Technology team covers all electronic trading technology for the Rates asset class. Primarily focused on flow products, system focus is on market making, RFQ, pricing, algorithmic trading, and exchange connectivity functionality acrossUS, EMEA, and APAC. ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­

Essential skills + Qualifications needed:

- Experience providing project management towards delivery of high-performance software.
- Experience working with Agile project methodology and associated tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong communication skills and ease in articulating status to tech and business stakeholders
- Ease in working with matrixed and global environments. Understanding of a front-to-back stack in a trading environment
- A proactive attitude towards problem solving and willingness to be a hands-on technologist.
- Background in software development
- Background in Fixed Income products and electronic trading technology
- Experience in a fast-paced trading environment
