Interim Fp&a Consultant

**Immediate start, 6 months, £600-700 per day**
**Hybrid working model on site in Solihull 3 days per week**
A mid-market PE fund has recently acquired a multi-site consumer business following a carve out from a larger entity. The business is generating £15 million EBITDA and needs an Interim FP&A Consultant to professionalise the finance function post PE acquisition.You will be working under a CFO with a rich history of successful PE transactions.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Completing daily cashflow liquidity reports which you will directly present to main stakeholders including representatives of the PE house and the CFO. A cashflow model already exists which has been used over the past six months, but still needs updating.
- Creating new budgeting models from scratch for the business’ new PE backed environment
- Assisting with forecasting to compare against previous actuals and optimise cashflow management
- Sales analysis to look in depth at performance across different sites and regions to assist in future business strategy
- Further adhoc reporting/ analytics projects
