As a Lecturer in HND Business, you need to bring valuable experience in internal verification, assessments, and monitoring reports to the role. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality lectures and tutorials, providing guidance and support to students, and ensuring the effective delivery of the HND Business curriculum.

With your expertise in internal verification, you need to play a crucial role in maintaining assessment standards. You need to collaborate with the Lead Internal Verifier and participate in assessment moderation, ensuring that student work is consistent with the standards set by the awarding body. Your familiarity with assessment procedures to help you design and develop robust assessments aligned with learning outcomes, promoting a positive learning experience for students.

Moreover, your experience in preparing monitoring reports to be invaluable in tracking student progress and providing timely feedback to improve learning outcomes. Your ability to analyze assessment data and implement necessary adjustments to contribute to continuous program improvement.

Your combination of teaching experience and proficiency in internal verification and assessments to significantly enhance the quality and effectiveness of the HND Business program, creating a supportive and conducive learning environment for students

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£31,800.00 per year
